I’m out of town this week doing one of my favorite things–roadtrips!
I’m so grateful for running the type of business that I do, and being able to take time out to enjoy life in this way. And the other cool thing is that my work is portable. If I want or need to, I can keep up with things by simply dialing into the office.
This week, we’re in the adorable little town of Leavenworth, Washington.
Leavenworth is nestled at the base of gorgeous peaks in the Central Cascade Mountains range. The unique thing about it is that it’s modeled after a Bavarian mountain village. All the shops and buildings in town look like a slice right out of Europe.
The weather has been beautiful, and our hotel has the most spectacular view.
As soon as I get a chance, I’ll upload some pix…
Okay, here are some pix as promised:
Some shots of the Cascades along I-90
Pooped around in Roslyn on Saturday (that’s the town where they filmed Twin Peaks and Northern Exposure). This is the famous Roslyn Cafe
Marlon Brando a la The Wild One. Isn’t that cool?!
