Danielle Keister is a veteran Virtual Assistant, innovator and thought leader in the Virtual Assistance profession.

As principal of The Relief Virtual Assistance, Danielle has been providing expert administrative support services to the professional community since 1997. Working with independent professionals in the legal, consulting and public relations fields, she helps clients gain time, increase efficiency and make more money by taking on their administrative burdens and helping instill strong administrative foundations in their businesses.

As an industry leader, she founded the Virtual Assistance Chamber of Commerce, a professional association dedicated to helping Virtual Assistants grow smarter, more successful businesses, and providing business owners with free tools and resources to connect with qualified Virtual Assistant professionals.

Danielle works tirelessly to help bring greater awareness and understanding about Virtual Assistance in the marketplace. She has mentored hundreds of Virtual Assistants over the years, and is the author of several acclaimed Virtual Assistant business guides and start-up tools. She is publisher of the Gritty Business Buzz, an electronic newsletter geared toward the interests of the small business owner with a current readership of 3000+, and writes the Dear Gritty VA column, a weekly online business advice column for Virtual Assistants and the clients who work with them.
